How to Convert Instagram Reels to MP3

Sometimes you only want the sound: a recipe explanation, a short lecture, a voice memo, or a trending audio you want to identify.
Steps
- Copy the reel link.
- Paste it into Instagram to MP3.
- Tap Download, then Download MP3. Our server extracts the audio at 192 kbps.
What you can and can't do with the MP3
Fine: listening offline, transcribing your own content, studying a speech.
Not fine without permission: uploading the song elsewhere, using it in ads, selling it.
Find the song name instead
If the reel uses a song, tap the audio name at the bottom of the reel in Instagram. You'll see the original track and can save it to Spotify or Apple Music, the legal way to keep listening.
