How to Copy a TikTok Video Link Correctly
Why links break
Chat apps truncate URLs. Always use TikTok’s Copy link control.
On mobile
Open video → Share → Copy link → paste into Notes once to verify it contains `tiktok.com`.
On desktop
Use the share icon on tiktok.com or copy from the address bar when watching a public video.
Short links
`vm.tiktok.com` links usually work; if not, open them once and copy the expanded `@user/video/id` URL.
